Please be sure that you are entering your full and correct mailing address. Incomplete or Incorrect shipping addresses may result in your order being sent back to us or abandoned.  It is always helpful to provide an email or phone number, just in case we may need to contact you to verify your information. 

Naturally Enchanted is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  

Processing Time:

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped, simply because the majority of our products are being handmade. Please also allow 1-2 business days for shipping all orders. However, we strive in making sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. With that being said, it is HIGHLY possible that you will receive your order within the first 7-10 days of placing your order!
